Who? You and up to three people from your class may form a team!
What? Divide up the 10 books so that each title is read by at least one member of your team (or each read as many books as you’d like). You will need to remember the important events, characters, and other key information from each book. Pick a team name and be ready for a group picture!
When? You will need to have joined a team by January 7th so you have time to make a plan for getting all of the books read. The first round of the March Madness competition will be during the week of March 11th – March 15th during your library class time.
Why? Why not? It is cold and rainy outside, perfect weather for snuggling up with a good book! Plus, the books are great and competing with your friends will be FUN!
Where can I get the books? There are multiple copies of each book that can be checked out from the Clark Library. You can also find the titles at the King County Library System, online through Amazon, or at your local bookstore. Many teachers also have some of the books in their classroom libraries.
